PDF sheets: being able to save the customized layout of the sheet as a template
Laura Galmes
Indeed, the changes they made make it impractical in my view to using the current template, which is poorly designed. In my case, since I used it a lot, I am creating PDFs manually in another way, which delays the work a lot... The word photo report is not necessary, the price is huge and it looks ugly. On the other hand, if the idea is that everyone can make changes, obviously we should be able to save them because no one has time to do the templates one by one each time they need a pdf, and the current one, as mentioned by a colleague, is uneven and with disproportionate font sizes.
I suggest:
1) that a graphic designer urgently help in the design of this template so that we can use it until they can improve the system.
and 2) the possibility of saving the template after making the changes we need is incorporated.
As I already mentioned to the team, in my case I would add all the photos in large size so that they can be viewed since most customers currently view with the phone and that size of photos is not visible.

Effectively.
It doesn't make sense that I have to do this every time I pull out a chip.
I don't think this feature should have been released to the public. In this case, test with a series of users and collect feedback, polish the tool and then release it for everyone.
Right now it's chaos 🤯
The Header gives you a disproportionate logo.
On the second sheet the price is flying and out of alignment. The legend Features in the middle of nowhere.
Then if you add Photographs, the font of the “Photo Report” header is different from that of Features and Description... they should be similar.
And it would be great if we could choose to keep the old option for the time being, and when this is finished and the option to save a Template, everyone should use it.
The moment everything is right this will be a wonder. Now it's a pain.
Hopefully they'll fix it soon 🙏🏻

It is very important that you can save the template you create, so it's a big waste of time

Totally agree, being able to save changes is important, it's not very useful to edit each time you use it.
On the other hand, in my opinion, it would also be interesting to be able to use labels as in the other templates.
Or enter a QR code to be able to go to the publication or virtual tour.

The ideal would be to be able to edit the pdf file of the properties once and thus apply the same design to all of them. The creation of a data sheet/PDF sheet is an action that is performed many times a day and should be fast and automatic. If we have to edit the file every time we confirm a visit to a property, a time-consuming step is added.
